As a standard, card2brain provides support
to the admin of a school or company and the admin defines a support
address end users can refer to in case of questions. For setting up the
school or company account, the admin receives a 1-hour free go-live
support from cad2brain once. Additional support effort is reported on a
monthly basis and will be invoiced for payment within 30 days net.
